The Yakima 8002724 EXO GearWarrior Cargo Basket Mount is constructed of weather-resistant, heavy-duty steel ready for years of rugged use. The EXO GearWarrior is light weight an easily attaches to Yakima’s EXO SwingBase, or to the second tier EXO TopShelf in seconds. When you need to transport coolers, firewood or bulky gear from your home to your vehicle to your destination, the EXO GearWarrior is where it’s at. Simply attach the cargo basket to your EXO SwingBase or EXO TopShelf, load it up and move out. Yakima offers optional EXO WarriorWheels (see below) to turn the EXO GearWarrior into a handy wagon with wheels and a handle that can be attached while the EXO GearWarrior is still on your hitch. The GearWarrior can be loaded with 250 lbs of gear when mounted on the EXO SwingBase without the EXO Topshelf mounted. With the Topshelf mounted it reduces the load capacity to 110 lbs. If you prefer to attach the GearWarrior to the TopShelf the loaded capacity is reduced to 80 lbs.
