The Vantech H3 Aerodynamic Utility Ladder Racks with Side Stops carry up to 500 lbs. (check your vehicle's manufacturer weight rating). The aerodynamic, extruded aluminum cross bars are 3" x 1.5" oblong shaped with built-in channels top and bottom for mounting optional accessories. The aerodynamic shape helps minimize noise and increase fuel efficiency. The included rubber bar guards insert into the top channels to help protect the crossbars. The mounting uprights have an 8" extra wide base and the rack is 9.5" tall overall. The aluminum upright bases are approximately 1/8" thick at the base and fasten into the slot on the bottom of the cross bars. The uprights are secured to the van's fixed mounting points (no drilling is required). The Vantech H3 Aerodynamic Van Utility Ladder Rack System includes one angled ladder stopper to prevent ladders from sliding forward and one Velcro strap to secure 75 lbs or less ladders within seconds. The Vantech H3 Aerodynamic Aluminum 2 Bar Van Utility Ladder Rack with Side Supports is available in a black, white, or silver finish.
