The Vantech H1393 3 bar steel van utility ladder rack is specifically designed for the 2016-On Mercedes Metris Vans. The Vantech H1 H1393 is bolted directly to the factory fixed mounting points on the roof of the Mercedes Metris Van. The maximum load capacity is 750 lbs - evenly distributed. The H1 H1393 Mercedes Metris Van Rack uses 2" x 1" rectangular 14 gauge heavy-duty steel crossbars. The H1 H1393 crossbars are protected using a non-slip plastic bar guard mounted on top of the bars. The mounting uprights are made of 11-gauge steel and galvanized before powder coating. The mounting upright bases are 8" wide and have an overall height of 10.5". The bases are welded onto the upright posts for added strength and durability. Each mounting upright has two - 3/4" eye hooks to mount additional accessories. The black rubber caps on the top of the upright posts prevent wind noise and water pooling. The Mercedes Metris Van Ladder Rack includes two A06 5" galvanized rubber dipped ladder stoppers, two A02 5.5" galvanized rubber dipped ladder guides, and two A69 EZ Velcro straps to secure up to a 75 lb ladder. The Vantech H1393 Mercedes Metris van racks are available in powder coated black or white. The crossbar fixed mounting locations may vary from the illustration image.
