Thule Compass 890000 Stand Up Paddleboard and Kayak Carrier for Car Roof Racks is built to carry kayaks or SUPs in 4 different configurations to maximize roof and carrying space. The Compass 890000 Kayak SUP Rack has a unique design which can be used as a kayak saddle, kayak J-Cradle, kayak stacker (vertical position), or flat position to transport up to 2 paddleboards. The Compass saddle incorporates a thick rubber base and a well padded upright to help provide protection for kayaks and SUPs. The padded upright can conveniently fold down when not in use for better garage clearance and a sleeker profile. The Compass has a unique shape which makes loading, unloading and transporting your SUPs and kayaks simple and allows more room on your rack for other carriers, boats and gear. The Compass includes two sets of cam buckle tie down straps and 2 sets of bow and stern tie down straps to secure your kayak or SUP to the carrier. The Compass 890000 uses universal mounting hardware designed to fit all Thule crossbars and most name brand and factory installed crossbars.
