The Thule 870011 RodVault  ST fishing rod carrier offers a safe and secure way to transport up 6 fully assembled bait / spinning rods up to 8 feet long. The RodVault ST has oversized rod tubes to accommodate standard tackle equipment's bigger stripping guides. The RodVault ST is constructed with aircraft-grade, anodized aluminum rod tubes and a heavy duty, glass-reinforced nylon reel case for maximum reel protection. The RodVault ST has a polypropylene lined tubes for added rod, guide and tip protection. The fishing rod rack includes locks to keep your rods safe and secure in the carrier but does NOT include locks to secure the fishing pole carrier to your vehicle. The RodVault can be locked to your vehicle by using a small padlock (not included). The RodVault has a easy to use universal mounting system fitting a wide range of load bars.
