The BackRack Half Louvered Cab Window Guard is constructed with black powder coated steel tubing. Every intersecting section is fully welded for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. Similar to the BackRack Louvered Rack, the Half Louvered Rack provides protection for both driver and passenger, while providing clear visibility through the center of the window. The BackRack Half Louvered Cab Window Guards rugged design provides excellent cab protection against objects being loaded into the rear of the truck bed. BackRack's sturdy structure supports ladders and other long objects on the top crossbar. Various warning light and antenna mount brackets easily mount to the BackRack. This BackRack model does not include a mounting kit. You can select from the "Optional Bundle Items" if you want to add the Standard Mounting Kit, or the Toolbox Mounting Kit. The Half Louvered Window Guard mounts into the stake bed pockets of your pickup truck and is secured with special bolts - eliminating the need for drilling in most trucks.  The BackRack Half Louvered Pickup Truck Cab Window Guard is compatible with over-the-rail bed liners. Trucks without stake bed pockets will require drilling in order to mount the BackRack Half Louvered Cab Guard. The system does not fit GM Stepsides or Ford Flaresides.
